Payroll & HR Specialist with English skills

Job description:

  • Setup and maintenance of payroll processes and procedures
  • Responsible for all payroll processes related to company’s employees
  • Responsible for weekly & monthly payroll calculations and other payroll related processes
  • Preparation of tax and social declarations (PIT-4, PIT-11, DRA, etc.)
  • Cooperation with tax and social insurance authorities
  • Payments processing concerning payroll and social contributions
  • Preparation of payroll Excel reports
  • Payroll reconciliation
  • Social benefits and allowances management according to the company’s policy
  • Cooperation with company’s accountant with regard to the month end closure
  • Update and maintain employees’ personal folders in compliance with regulations
  • Provide efficient employees service via phone or email concerning HR related matters
  • Review and verify incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established legislations, policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Payroll processes and HR knowledge
  • Working knowledge of payroll calculations, social contributions (ZUS) and wage tax with regard to Polish regulations  (minimum 7 years)
  • Working knowledge of business trip and secondment  principles and procedures
  • Knowledge of Polish Labour Code and associated regulations
  • Practical knowledge of payroll software including Płatnik
  • English – at least communicative level (will be used on a daily routine), other foreign language will be an asset
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
  • Accuracy, ability to handle detailed work and document flows, analytical skills and task orientation
  • Focused on employees matters and solution orientated
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
